Zachy is a collaborative leader and business transformation driver with Project Portfolio delivery and oversight experience. He’s an advisor on Enterprise IT Governance & Cybersecurity Policies and Implementation.
Zachy is a transformational project delivery and change management leader with over 18 years of IT experience spanning Systems development, Enterprise Information Systems Implementation and IT Operations, Strategic Project Delivery, Governance and Management of Enterprise IT. He’s currently a Project Director with BC Government and oversees provincial systems implementations, and transformational projects. Zachy was formerly a Head of IT and later a Chief Information Officer (CIO).
He holds BSc. Information Systems and Management from University of London, UK and MBA from University of Victoria, BC Canada. He attained his PMP designation in 2008 and also holds the following certifications: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), COBIT 5 Assessor & Implementation, and Prosci Change Management.
