Tracy Wasylak

Senior Provincial Officer, Strategic Clinical Networks, Alberta Health Services

Tracy Wasylak was appointed as Vice President, Strategic Clinical Networks & Clinical Care Pathways effective January 2012. With recent re-titling within Alberta Health Services, Tracy is now the Senior Provincial Officer of the Strategic Clinical Networks. She is viewed as a strong, innovative leader who has held numerous senior leadership roles within Alberta Health Services and the previous Calgary Health Region including Vice President, Rockyview General Hospital and South West Community Portfolio, Vice President, South Health Campus and also the Co-Lead of the Bone and Joint Clinical Network.

She has an undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of Manitoba, Masters Degree in Science (thesis) from McGill University and graduated from the EXTRA Program through the Canadian Health Services Research Foundation. She is an active Canadian Health Services Executive through the Canadian College of Health Leaders. Tracy also holds an adjunct professor appointment, with the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Calgary.
