Susan Anderson – HCS22
Chief Information Officer, Nunavut Department of Health
Susan Anderson is an accomplished e-Health strategist with 30 years’ experience in healthcare and informatics in Canada. Susan is currently CIO for the Nunavut Ministry of Health, building the new Health Information Unit within the Department. In assuming this role, requirement was to move to Nunavut and become familiar with the culture, values and priorities of Inuit. Susan is an enthusiastic volunteer, including her current role as a Director for CHIMA’s national Board and as the chair of CHIMA’s governance committee. Susan holds a Director role the Toronto Classical Guitar Society’s Board. Susan recently retired from position of senior health consultant for TECHNATION Health Canadian vendor association.
