Steven Nerayoff, Esq. LL.M. is a prolific serial entrepreneur and attorney having founding six companies on both coasts, Silicon Valley and New York City. He is currently the Founder & CEO of Maple Ventures, a Venture Capital firm primarily focused on emerging technologies including blockchain-based and payment systems, consumer internet companies, and socially conscious enterprises. He is also a leading proponent of the Ethereum Platform, assisting with legal and business strategy, and the overall Bitcoin 2.0 movement. In addition to his role as a venture capitalist, he is also currently the Founder & CEO of CloudParc, a patented next-generation optics based solution for on and off street parking systems, whose groundbreaking technology automates the transaction management, vehicle identification and parking violation/enforcement process. Prior to Maple Ventures and CloudParc, Steven founded Freedom Eldercare, one of the country’s largest and fastest growing private pay home health care providers, which was purchased by Webster Capital in 2008, the first acquisition by a private equity firm in the sector. Prior to Freedom Eldercare, he founded Offer.com, the Web’s leading negotiation-based person-to-person and third largest marketplace on the Internet. Other companies he has founded and co-founded include: Fleetwood Owen (now Cooper Owen, the world’s largest celebrity memorabilia company), eWanted.com, the Internet’s leading marketplace for person-to-person “want ads” and Inside/Out City Guides. Steven began his professional journey as an attorney with Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, where his practice involved technology, M&A, structured finance transactions, tax and corporate work.
