Ron combines a strong client focus with a solid background in strategic planning, change management and communications. During his 20 years in both the public and private sectors, Ron has led transformational projects provincially within British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan as well as locally with many municipal governments. He has been engaged to develop and align activities across industry sector initiatives and is skilled in using the power of communications to support desired outcomes.

Ron’s career has been focused on supporting change and transition through many years of hands-on experience in the development and implementation of emerging initiatives and organizational innovation. One of Ron’s strongest attributes is his strategic mindset and the ability to translate complex information into achievement and results.
