Louise Turner is the CEO of the Quantum Algorithms Institute (QAI) in British Columbia (BC), Canada. She leads the organization on its mission to support the growth of companies within BC’s thriving quantum computing sector, generating wealth for the province and nurturing the expansion of a new key industry in Canada.

Louise began her career as a civil servant in the British government and has since gained extensive experience leading high-tech startups, business accelerators, and negotiating tech mergers and acquisitions. She previously served as President of BC’s Premier’s Technology Council, advising the government on the needs of growing tech companies. Louise holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management in the UK and is also an executive coach, board advisor, and angel investor.
