Kirsten Bartels is a genetic counsellor working as Lead, Provincial Clinical Initiatives at Cardiac Services BC supporting the planning and implementation of cardiovascular genetics clinical services in British Columbia. For more than a decade, she has worked in both clinical and research genetic counselling roles in the field of cardiovascular genetics and is a clinical instructor for the Genetic Counselling Training Program at the University of British Columbia.
