Kelly currently leads TD Bank’s global Fusion platform, with responsibilities for the Bank’s intelligence and crisis management functions. Kelly has more than 20 years of experience in the public and private sector, with a significant portion of her career spent in the US intelligence community with a focus on counterterrorism and national security issues. She made the jump to the private sector in 2018 when she joined Capital One and then moved to TD Bank in 2020. And despite traveling the world on behalf of the US government for years, she had never been to Canada until pandemic restrictions were lifted in 2022 and she loves it.
