Joyce is a Partner and British Columbia Leader for Omnia AI, Deloitte Canada’s Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Analytics Practice. Joyce leads a talented team of professionals who provide high quality advice and support to clients on their AI and analytics journey.
Joyce’s career spans 25 years with a unique background in corporate strategy, innovation and exponential technologies to support business leaders make informed and effective decisions leveraging information as an enterprise asset. Joyce has successfully designed and delivered national and international initiatives for private and public sector and has experience in all industry sectors including natural resources, financial services, insurance and telecommunications, with significant experience in healthcare, life sciences and public sector.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Joyce led and delivered one of the largest transformation projects in the world for the National Health Service in the UK, held senior international roles in private sector life sciences and has been a guest lecturer on transformation and health policy at the University of Westminster in London.
