John’s extensive background includes executive leadership at London Drugs, where he was responsible for expanding healthcare services across community pharmacy locations, championing innovations in patient care, and operationalizing new clinical services. His practical experience in frontline care delivery, retail health operations, and pharmacist-led health programs uniquely positions him to lead the commercialization of Light AI’s diagnostic platform across pharmacies, clinics, travel health, and long-term care settings.
In addition to his work with Light AI, John is the Founder of 36Eight Technologies, the company behind C/R/I/S (Cannabis Recognition and Intelligent Support), an AI-driven clinical platform designed to help healthcare professionals navigate cannabinoid therapy. The tool supports personalized product selection, drug–cannabis interaction screening, dosing guidance, and titration monitoring—reflecting John’s commitment to integrating emerging therapeutics into mainstream care through safe, evidence-based frameworks.
