Jeff Mackey

Mr. Mackey is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over 14 years of industry experience. His expertise has been utilized by a number of fortune 500 companies where he has held senior management roles. In addition to the private sector, Mr. Mackey has lead large Public Private Partnership projects as they relate to Continuous Improvement Programs across multiple industries including sitting on the steering committee that developed the HACCP standards for Canada. He has designed, managed and implemented successful complete Corporate Quality, Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain and GMP systems for multiple organizations. Mr. Mackey is currently the lead strategic consultant for the Province of British Columbia’s Lean Program Deployment where he is actively advising on the design and implementation of their target operating model, change management and portfolio management programs. Overseeing a team of expert consultants managing a portfolio of over 60 unique projects across 20 organizations the program is yielding significant cost and efficiency savings for the province.
