Jeff Aitken is the Assistant Deputy Minister for the Health Sector Information Management/Information Technology (HSIMIT) Division within the Ministry of Health. In this role, he provides ministry and sector-wide leadership in the areas of digital and technology strategy; information technology procurement and vendor management; health information privacy, security, and legislation. He also directs and guides the implementation of digital initiatives transforming health service delivery and IM/IT operations in BC.
