Ethan is the Legal Counsel to the Information and Privacy Commissioner and Registrar of Lobbyists for British Columbia. He has worked in both official languages for all levels of government, as well as the private and non-profit sectors. Ethan holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Ottawa in International Development, a JD from the University of Victoria, and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2018.
