As SVP and Standards Officer, Ms. Sutcliffe is responsible for delivering the PCI SSC security standards, leading a team of payment security experts dedicated to the security of the payment ecosystem. Ms. Sutcliffe joined the Council in 2010 and has held several positions during that time, including Chair of the Technical Working Group, 3-D Secure Working Group, and Tokenization Working Group. She works closely with PCI Payment Brand and Affiliate members to develop PCI SSC’s global portfolio of standards, supporting documentation, and guidance to facilitate understanding and adoption of secure payment practices. Ms. Sutcliffe has over 20 years’ experience in the field of information security, is a current CISA, CISM and CISSP, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business – Hospitality Management, and a Graduate Certificate in Information Security.
