Dr. May Siksik is the CEO of Innovation Network Global, an organization dedicated to transforming impactful technologies into scalable, commercialized solutions that deliver measurable value. Formerly the CTO at Deep Tech Canada and leading business development and commercialization at the Quantum Algorithms Institute, Dr. Siksik has been focused on advancing both Canada’s and the global quantum innovation ecosystem.

Her contributions include founding the Healthcare Without Borders initiative, which harness quantum-enabled technologies to develop a Personalized Health Information System, supporting Canada’s National Research Council’s Applied Quantum Computing Challenge Program, and delivering transformative solutions for Indigenous communities.

Dr. Siksik is Co-Lead of the United Nations IGF Dynamic Coalition on Emerging Tech Governance & Certification, shaping policies for the responsible adoption of quantum computing, AI, blockchain, and other emerging tech. She is widely recognized for her ability to unite diverse stakeholders – including industry, academia, communities, and policymakers – to accelerate the adoption of quantum technologies. Her results-driven and holistic approach to innovation ensures that these technologies create meaningful, measurable benefits for society, industry, and underserved communities alike.
