Doug Rogers is a Director in Cerner’s Population Health business unit. Doug has executive responsibilities for engaging clients throughout the United States, United Kingdom, Europe and Middle East in regards to their Population Health strategies. As such, Doug and his team help drive initiatives focused on quality, performance improvement, interoperability, member engagement, and population health.

Doug has been with Cerner for ten years and has served in multiple leadership and client facing roles. Prior to his engagement in the Population Health business unit, Doug was the sales leader for Cerner’s interoperability business unit, had direct responsibility for healthcare policy advocacy as part of Cerner’s Government Affairs team, and lead key teams in sales operations.

Doug came to Cerner from one of the market leading enterprise web content management companies where he had responsibility for driving sales activities across a number of verticals. Doug has a Bachelor’s of Science from Centenary College and remains an avid student of healthcare policy.
