As the Deputy Chief of Policy and Communications, Dominic oversees three distinct groups for CSE: Strategic Policy & Planning, Strategic Communications and Communications Services, and Disclosure, Policy and Review.  More specifically, Dominic leads CSE`s efforts in Cabinet and Parliamentary Affairs, Business Planning, Reporting, Operational Policy, Legal Disclosure, Access to Information and Privacy, External Review, domestic and international Strategic Policy, and Internal and External Communications.  Prior to this role, he held a key Director-level position within CSE’s operational signals intelligence branch.  He joined CSE in 2010 from the Privy Council Office where he served as Acting Director of Operations in PCO’s Security and Intelligence Secretariat.  Dominic has also held a variety of increasingly senior positions within the Government of Canada, including Acting Director in the International Affairs, Security and Justice Division at the Treasury Board Secretariat.
