Dalton Truthwaite is a Partner in Deloitte’s National Health Practice. He resides in Vancouver where he is the Health Consulting Leader for British Columbia and Western Canada. Dalton has fifteen years of consulting experience focused on business process assessment and transformation. He has extensive experience and a solid track record of developing innovative approaches to designing and delivering client-focused solutions, aligning strategic and operational initiatives, and facilitating organizational transformation initiatives. In addition to his Deloitte role, Dalton has 13 years leadership experience in hospital operations. It is this combined experience that Dalton draws on to support clients, primarily Regional Health Authorities and provincial Ministries of Health. The focus of these assignments commonly involve leading organizational transformation initiatives, facilitating strategic planning and aligning operational initiatives, assessing operational service delivery, and identifying optimization opportunities. It is this lived experience that Dalton uses to support a range of clients, primarily Regional Health Authorities and provincial Ministries of Health.
