Colin Ferguson is Manager of the Bell Professional Services Security Testing and Incident Response Team (STIRT), having over 15 years of experience in Information Technology and Security Operations. His current work includes leading the Security Incident Management Service (SIMS) where he performs incident handling, security capability assessments, and incident handling training. In addition to this, Colin performs OSSTM network vulnerability assessments using both open source and Bell proprietary tools. He has broad experience with security operations including vulnerability management, security incident management, policy and standards development, change management, and IT risk management. Colin is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), OSSTMM Professional Security Tester (OPST), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) and currently holds a Government of Canada Level II security clearance.
