CJ Ritchie is the Assistant Deputy Minister of the Strategic Partnerships Office (SPO), which provides deal portfolio leadership to $5.8-billion of strategic outsourcing contracts. Under CJ’s leadership, SPO is catalyzing the development of best practices for the deal management that extends beyond core government and includes broader public sector organizations across the Province. Prior to leading the creation of SPO, CJ has been instrumental in a number of transformative government initiatives and brings extensive knowledge from the private sector. A proven leader with over 17 years experience, CJ holds a Masters in Conflict Analysis and Management, two Bachelor degrees in Social Work and Psychology, and taken Advanced Negotiation courses with the Harvard School of Business.
