Brady leads healthcare strategy and innovation for Oracle Health Sciences Global Business Unit with an emphasis on Enterprise Data Warehouse, Analytics & Health Information Exchange along with supporting Oracle’s patient engagement & mobile health strategies. He has been an innovator and leader in the hospital ACO space as well as the consumer health and wellness industry for over 15 years. Brady has a unique ability to merge perspectives from multiple healthcare ecosystem viewpoints including but not limited to: payers, providers, hospital/clinic, employers, retail, mobile and consumer. Prior to Oracle, Brady was President of AnswersMedia Health Division – a leading consumer health and wellness engagement and communications platform integrating game play mechanics with financial incentives, powerful rich media-based personalized health content and mobile to help drive positive behavior change in individuals. AnswersMedia acquired a care-coordination software platform called Shared Care Plan (SCP) where Brady was the co-founder of the platform as well as leading the commercialization efforts. SCP was built to help coordinate care between all healthcare stakeholders caring for a patient (providers, family members, care managers, etc). SCPs patent pending rules engine collects, coordinates and communicates necessary actions to the appropriate person at the appropriate time in order to improve quality of care and reduce re-admissions. AnswersMedia integrated the platform into their existing engagement and communication platform in order to respond to the ACO movement from an improved Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), Patient Engagement and Patient Satisfaction perspective while at the same time meeting Meaningful Use I &II standards. Prior to AnswersMedia Brady was the co-founder and CEO of Elements Health Plans a progressive insurance consultancy and brokerage organization focused on mid-sized self-funded employers and reducing healthcare costs through proprietary wellness programs and detailed analytics. Brady grew the business by establishing deep routed relationships with carriers and worked diligently with actuaries and underwriters enabling Elements Health Plans value proposition to sustain their analytically focused differentiator until they sold the business to a larger consultancy. Brady’s history also includes being founding director of TeleMedic Systems – a Venture Funded remote monitoring “telemedicine” device which received FDA approval back in 2001 and was eventually sold to a private equity firm in the UK. Prior to that Brady was a Regional Director with Hewlett Packard’s Medical Products Group and also played a role with their New Clinical Ventures Division developing web-based monitoring tools to help hospitals early-identify their high risk patients and respond rapidly in order to reduce re-admission. Brady has been a speaker and panel member at Health 2.0, HIMSS, Population Health Colloquium, and multiple Health Care Focused Investment Forums. Brady is a Board Advisor for the Washington Health Foundation a non-profit State of Washington healthcare foundation focused on supporting underserved and un-served individuals from a health insurance, prevention and wellness perspective along with on the Advisory Board of the Global Alzheimer’s Association Interactive Network (GAAIN) and the Cancer Commons Advisory Board. Brady is a graduate of University of Washington and lives in the Seattle, Washington area with his wife and two girls.
