Ash Johnston

Ash Johnston is a leader in IM/IT strategy, transformation, and project management within the BC Public Service, where she currently works as an Executive Director for the Economy Sector. Ash began her career in behavioural research and design, leveraging her social science background to help a small team bring User Experience Design and Service Design into the BC Government. Throughout her career, Ash has focused on driving digital transformation and creating bench strength within her organization to delivery better services for the people of BC. Ash is inspired by encouraging change in organizations through developing leading service delivery practices within government and creating space for business areas to try new ways of working.
