Amanda is a leader and senior project manager with over 14 years of experience leading IT and change initiatives for government organizations, private and public companies in the industries of health care, education, and transportation. Currently a Director of Consulting Services with CGI Victoria, Amanda acts as Program Manager for the health account and in engaged with various projects, including application development, website and portal design and implementation, data analytics, FHIR adoption, and the evolution of provincial solutions.
Previous to joining CGI, Amanda spent 13 years as an independent consultant in Vancouver as a project manager, change manger, and management consultant. Having spent time in both the project and operations world, with a keen eye to Organizational Change Management, Amanda approaches projects from a holistic and strategic perspective.
