Alan Arslan is a Privacy Advisor in the Privacy, Compliance and Training branch within the Ministry of Citizen’s Services. Alan delivers privacy training within core provincial government, the broader public sector and the private sector. He has been working in privacy for the last 3 1/2 years and has a passion for discussing the nuances of privacy legislation. Alan studied Social Sciences at the University of Victoria and recently earned his Certified Information Privacy Professional/Canada credential. In his free time he enjoys traveling, participating in running competitions, playing squash and binge watching the latest Netflix series.
