Jimmy Yang

Jimmy serves as a program executive on a number of key health accounts spanning government, provider, and with leading health technology and pharmacy providers. Jimmy has worked extensively in the health care and life sciences sectors, spanning hospitals, government, agencies, primary/seniors/rural care, clinical research organizations, and pharmaceutical companies. He specializes in corporate strategy, clinical and health system planning, and growth model business planning. He works with leaders who are focused on improvement and transformation, through business and clinical process innovation, and enabled and powered by analytics, AI, and technology.
He has previously held roles at Schering Plough, GlaxoSmithKline, Deloitte Consulting, and Garrison Health. Additionally, he co-founded and serves on the board of Red Maple Trials Inc., a clinical research organization (CRO) that works with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, supporting phases I through IV research programs in specific therapeutic areas. Jimmy is a faculty member in the Health Industry Management Program at the Schulich School of Business, York University, where he teaches graduate students in the areas of new business models and convergence approaches in health care and life sciences. He also serve as a Volunteer Advisor in the MaRS Health Venture Services program.
