Patti Wynn is Director & Sales Leader, International Public Sector Health at Cerner. Patti joins Cerner having seen firsthand the power of linked data and predictive analytics to drive health and care transformation. She leads the growth of Cerner’s portfolio of health network solutions, including technology to support population health management, interoperability, advanced analytics and research, and patient engagement.
Patti joined Cerner in 2021 following 3 years at Optum, where she served as the Programme Director for NHS England’s largest centrally funded transformation programme: the Population Health Management Development Programme. In that role, Patti worked with the national NHS Primary Care & System Transformation team to design and deliver a 6-month local system development programme that supports integrated teams use linked data and population health analytics to design proactive care and funding models. The programme started in 2018 as a pilot with 4 advanced Integrated Care Systems in England and has been recommissioned twice to cover all ICSs across England by 2022. The programme is the largest NHSE funded transformation programme designed to accelerate implementation of the NHS’s 10-year Long Term Plan.
Patti joined Optum in 2017 following its acquisition of The Advisory Board Company, where she served as Managing Director of Advisory Board International, advising health system leaders from around the world on critical innovations in health system strategy and operations. Across her 15+ year career, Patti advised the provider, payer, government and industry sectors across Asia Pacific, Canada, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, UK and US and by joining Cerner looks forward to supporting health systems around the world best leverage technology to support true person-centred and outcomes-based transformation.
Patti has lived in the UK since 2011 and received her MBA from London Business School.
