Donna Wilson

Executive Vice President, People and Diagnostic & Treatment Services, Provincial Health Services Authority

Donna Wilson is the Executive Vice President responsible for human resources leadership and organizational development and learning, as well as Indigenous Health & Cultural Safety and Communications & Stakeholder Relations, across the Provincial Health Services Authority. She also holds executive accountability for Lower Mainland Diagnostic and Treatment Services. These services include the BC Pathology and Laboratory Agency and public sector laboratories, LMC diagnostic imaging services and LMC pharmacy services. Prior to joining the health sector in BC, Donna was Senior Vice President, People, Community and Strategy at LifeLabs, Canada’s largest private laboratory. Donna has held various executive roles in financial services, professional sport events and insurance services since 2001. A highlight of her career was delivering the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver and Whistler as the Executive Vice President, Workforce & Sustainability as part of the Vancouver Olympic Organizing Committee. Donna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Simon Fraser University and an Executive Management Certificate from Queens University, and is a Chartered Director (McMaster University). Donna presently sits as a Director on the BCIT Foundation Board and is Vice-Chair of the Board for Parachute Canada a national injury prevention organization.
