Richard Barlow has been employed in the provincial government for the past 25 years. In 1996 Richard joined the IT security section of the Ministry of Finance and has since been involved in both security operations work as well as planning and coordination of IT security initiatives and projects. Richard is now the Privacy and Information Security Officer at the Ministry of Finance.
