Kelly West is the Director of Product Management at Central 1, a wholesale financial services and technology provider for over 300 financial institutions across Canada. With over 17 years experience in electronic banking, Kelly has been a driving force in the development of online and direct banking products for Central 1, including the introduction of SMS banking and mobile Interac e-Transfers, both firsts for financial institutions in Canada. In his current role, Kelly is responsible for the strategic planning and development of Central 1’s direct banking and electronic payment services.
