Troy is a Senior Policy Analyst with the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia and has worked there for six years. Troy has been lead on various OIPC systemic investigations, including the investigation into the use of employment-related police information checks in British Columbia. Troy is a graduate of the UVIC Faculty of Law and worked in private practice for four years in Vancouver and Victoria before moving to the public sector.
