Peter is a Professor in the School of Communication at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada. He is Director of the Gena Lab where they research the role of critical communication and culture in the adoption and evolution of the fields of clinical genomics, privacy, blockchain, AI, and social media. He is also a member of the Minderoo Centre for Technology and Democracy at the University of Cambridge.
