Mary Carmichael is an Enterprise Risk Management Consultant, with a career spanning over 15 years. Specializing in technology risk management, her comprehensive expertise has benefitted a diverse array of sectors, including higher education, utilities, government, and energy. As a member of the ISACA Global Risk Advisory Committee and the ISACA Emerging Trends Working Group, as well as serving as Vice President for ISACA’s Vancouver Canada Chapter, Mary provides thought leadership in the evolving landscape of risk management. She is particularly invested in the Generative AI field, exploring its critical impact on the GRC function within organizations.
