Stephen Gordon
Executive Director and Cloud Strategy Lead, Ministry of Citizens’ Services, Province of BC
Stephen Gordon is the cloud strategy lead for the B.C. Government and is responsible for a number of key initiatives related to the enablement and adoption of enterprise scale cloud services in the public sector. As co-chair of the pan-Canadian Public Sector CIO Council Cloud Working Group, and as chair of the CloudBC Technical Working Group, he is uniquely positioned to speak to the broadest range of challenges and opportunities with respect to cloud adoption across the country.
A graduate of Queen’s University of Belfast Computer Science Honours program, Stephen has occupied executive positions across the public and private sector IT industry. Originally from Northern Ireland, Stephen is proud to call beautiful Victoria, British Columbia his home.
