Michael Rose is the leader of CGI’s Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Business Engineering team. In this capacity, he drives the structure of both complex outsourcing relationships and business transformation programs across industry verticals, including healthcare. CGI’s Business Engineering discipline focuses on identifying and maximizing value creation levers that move far beyond traditional outsourcing. Progressive IT outsourcing relationships are governed and evaluated in business terms and fully align IT supply with strategic business demand.

Prior to this role, Michael led CGI’s GTA Banking industry vertical, running an IT consulting and software products business. Previously with CGI, Michael worked extensively in the U.S. structuring large health care outsourcing and transformation programs that focused on health insurance marketplaces.

Prior to CGI, Michael worked as a consultant with Accenture and then IBM.
