Margaret is an Associate Partner for Kyndryl (previous IBM) with 30+ years experience in Information Technology, specializing in Business Resilience since 1992 when developed the DR capability for an internet-based data provider. Since then, Margaret has managed teams to develop business and resiliency strategies for many businesses,. Margaret experience includes design, analysis, implementation and validation of enterprise wide resilience solutions that encompass Crisis Management Business Continuity , Disaster Recovery, High Availability and Cyber recovery.

Along the way, Margaret has worked in Corporate Strategy, Enterprise Risk Management, Data Center Management, Program/Product Management, and Consulting with global clients to evaluate resilience requirements and alternatives, develop and fund business cases, and project manage implementation for global Resiliency solutions.
