Associate, Fasken Martineau

Keri Bennett is an associate in Fasken Martineau’s Privacy and Information Protection Group and Labour Employment and Human Rights Group.

Keri advises public and private sector clients on compliance with federal and provincial privacy legislation. She also advises clients on privacy issues impacting all stages of the employment relationship, including, but not limited to, employee record checks, accommodation requests, employee discipline, employee surveillance and drafting of privacy policies. Keri represents clients before the courts, administrative tribunals, labour arbitrators and in matters before the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner. Keri is an executive member of the Canadian Bar Association’s Freedom of Information and Privacy Section (B.C. Chapter).
