Project Director, Partnerships BC

Jeff Good is a Project Director with Partnerships British Columbia Inc., a corporation wholly owned by the Province of British Columbia with a mission to structure and implement partnership solutions which serve the public interest. Mr. Good brings a strong finance, capital markets and procurement background to Partnerships BC’s projects. Over the past eight years, he has been involved in the planning and procurement of a multitude of projects, and has advised on 14 projects in excess of $3.5 billion (CDN) that have reached financial close. He has extensive experience in the healthcare, transportation, communications, and water treatment sectors. Prior to joining Partnerships BC, Mr. Good worked at the Credit Union Central of BC (now Central 1 Credit Union) as a Financial Risk Management Analyst where he played an active role in all matters of investment policy compliance and management of their $3.5 billion (CDN) portfolio. Previously, he worked as an Investment Advisor at National Bank Financial and as a Trader at Toronto Dominion Bank of Canada. Mr. Good holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Simon Fraser University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He has nine years of experience in the public private partnership sector.
