Dr. Sarah Muttitt

Dr. Sarah Muttitt brings more than twenty five years experience in the healthcare industry with a clinical background in pediatrics and neonatology and private/public sector experience in the development and implementation of innovative healthcare technologies. Dr. Muttitt provided leadership for telehealth initiatives across Canada and served as Vice-President, Innovation and Adoption at Canada Health Infoway. Dr. Muttitt joined Singapore’s Ministry of Health in December 2007. As Chief Information Officer, she was responsible for the delivery of the national electronic health record and alignment of health IT initiatives to address emerging health care challenges and priorities. Since returning to Canada, Dr. Muttitt has provided consulting services to support the delivery of Alberta’s Health System IT plan and in February 2013, joined Alberta Health Services to lead the province-wide CIS deployment.
