David Sherwood, as the Executive Director, Information Transformation for the BC Government, is the business lead for the selection and successful implementation of new corporate information technologies, practices and change management initiatives required to enable government’s digital information management agenda. David has extensive experience in overseeing the delivery of IT and outsourced business processes while driving business transformation.  In addition to his 6 years in the Ministry of Finance, BC Canada his experience includes working in the UK and Saudi Arabia within Public Accounting, Aerospace, Municipal Government, Banking, Utilities and Gaming.
