Caroline Babcock
E-Services Communications Officer, Canada Revenue Agency
Caroline Babcock works in communications in the E-Services Enhancement Division of the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). In this role, she consults and engages taxpayers, businesses, and their representatives to help find ways to enhance the CRA’s secure online services which include, My Account, Represent a Client and, My Business Account. With this public opinion research experience, she is very familiar with Canadian views on privacy and security. She has a BA Honours in Communications from the University of Ottawa and a diploma in Arts from Heritage College and has worked for the CRA since 2005.
