Carol is a director in our health information technology practice.  He advises health care CIOs on IT strategy and optimization challenges in the context of broad transformation and during merger and acquisition integration.  He coordinates the monitoring and assessment of health care IT innovations and helps health care providers introduce new technologies to their solution portfolio.  He led large and complex technology implementation and adoption.  His functional knowledge includes:  clinical transformation and integration, practice management, patient administration and accounting, benefits administration, membership and claims management.  Carol has a rich international experience and is a member of Deloitte’s global healthcare program.
