Adriana is responsible for delivering a Best-in-Class service experience to citizens accessing government services on behalf of more than 40 partner ministries and agencies. With over 350 highly trained team members and Service BC centres located throughout the province, Service Delivery services range from vital statistics applications, drivers’ licensing services, BC medical insurance and support to vulnerable citizens accessing income and disability assistance programs. She is also responsible for the ongoing strategic relationship with client ministries and agencies, in order to drive service improvement. Service BC front line employees are entrusted to serve thousands of citizens every day and professionally handle all their personal and sensitive information, on behalf of citizens and client ministries.
